    Anyone have any experience spinning a warm beer?

    Would love to hear what you see and how your separator performs.

    You will get yeast, and other large particles such as trub out, but won't get so much protein / polyphenol (tannin) out as if it had be chilled to zero or colder for a couple days beforehand to allow good chill haze formation.

    Why are you thinking of centrifuging warm anyway?
