Hello gang!
We are setting up a small craft brewery in Germany, in the Franconia region, and are looking for a head brewer. At the moment we have the business aspect worked out, and are already in the works for our first contract beer, but we would like a Head Brewer who knows craft ales as a permanent member of the team. We would like the Head Brewer to help out with what equipment to get, recipes to brew, and be active in the direction of the brewery.
Duties and responsibilities, well, you know what a Head Brewer is supposed to do.
Same goes for qualifications, but would expect the brewer to be familiar with craft ales AND German beers and has experience working in a brewery, preferably speaks both German and English, and wants to try and experiment, combine styles, and innovate.
