    Psycho brew kettle

    Anyone using a 150 GALLON PSYCHO BREW KETTLE ? thoughts? (direct fire)

    I did a Facebook search on Psycho Brew, and there is many breweries using their stuff. I have a 5bbl quote on the way.

      We do not have the 150, but do use one of their 100 gallon kettles as our BK. We are very happy with the product and their team. If I had a complaint it would be the quality of the sight glass, and because it's a flat bottom kettle, we have no simple way to knockout->whirlpool without pulling all of the trub.
