    Distilling

    I am interested in hearing from anyone that has knowledge related to opening and/or operating a small scale distillery. I know this is a beer site so e-mail and private messaging is fine.

        Yes, I have read all the info on Pro-Brewer as well as American Distiller. I am interested in more of the nuts and bolts of start up and real world experience from someone who has gone down that road. Thanks.
