Alchemy & Science (a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Beer Company) is looking for a Brewery Operations Manager to oversee our 3 local breweries/brewpubs in Los Angeles, Miami and Brooklyn. Each brewery is committed to producing world-class, innovative beers - and each with its own style, consistent with their location and customer base. At times the Brewery Operations Manager will also be responsible for partnering with the Boston Beer Company breweries to scale up beers for larger distribution.

• Concrete Beach Brewery in Miami, FL
• Coney Island Brewery in Brooklyn (Coney Island), NY
The successful applicant will have 5+ years of professional brewing experience as well as 3 + years of direct management experience overseeing and directing multi-unit breweries or brewpubs, or related industry. An applicant must also have sufficient technical training to drive excellence in quality, be a strong, collaborative manager, and most importantly, be dedicated to producing innovative, drinkable, world-class craft beers with our three teams
