    Valmetal Settings

    Hey,

    We just got a Valmetal mill with our DME brewhouse. It looks like the settings are pretty vague and set up for cattle feed. Has anyone worked with this mill? Where do you have it set at? Just looking for a starting point before I pick up a set of sieves.
