Tap It Brewing Company is looking for an experienced full-time Tasting Room Manager whose primary role is to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience in our tasting room. The ideal candidate will channel the passion we put into our beer into a memorable tasting room experience for our guests.
The tasting room manager will be responsible for oversight & management of the tasting room operations. This includes managing/training tasting room staff, scheduling, cash management, ordering, event management, and the day-to-day functions of the tasting room.
Desired qualifications include:Experience managing in a tasting room and/or bar/restaurant settingCraft beer centricExperience with LAVU or other POS systemsAble to reach, bend, stoop, lift 40-50 lbs and occasionally maneuver 160 lb kegsBasic computer and math skills (daily reporting, sales projections, ordering)Able to work 40+ hours per week including working nights, weekends, and holidays with occasional travelMust be at least 21 years of age
