Hi!
My name is Mathieu & I moved to Raleigh from France last fall. While in France, I took classes in craft beer making and worked as a brewer’s assistant at both a small farmhouse brewery and an urban micro-brewery and bottle shop.
I continue to pursue this passion in the US and recently finished two craft brewing classes at Wake Tech community college.
My hope is to find work at any level in Raleigh’s brewing, cider making & distilling industry to continue learning and developing my skills.
