We are a German themed brewpub located on long island. We have 3 year round beers; a pils, amber and hefeweizen. There is the ability to run up to three other seasonals at a time and those are up to you. This is a great opportunity to brew your own recipes and make your own hours.
Requirements
You must have previous professional experience. This is a one person job with minimal support so you need to be comfortable with brewing on your own, training staff, ordering and inventory, keep current and accurate federal/state tax paperwork, safely use hazardous chemicals, lift 55 pounds and ability to move 100+, represent professionally at local festivals
This is a salaried position with salary dependent on experience.
