Full-time position at Discretion Brewing, Soquel, CA

Unique opportunity to participate in multiple facets of family-owned brewery

We make award-winning beer from organic ingredients and are known for quality and elegance in both our products and our presence in the community.

This is a full-time position for one person who will work in the brewery three days a week and in the taproom two days a week.

In the brewery:

Perform all brewery tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner, including packaging, keg washing, vessel CIP, general cleaning, filtration, and wort production.
Must be able to lift 55 pounds and move 160 pounds repeatedly.
Brewery experience required.

In the taproom:

Serve our customers with wisdom, wit, and kindness.
Multi-task with focus and charm.
Learn about, enjoy, and support the culture of our company.
