Assistant Brewer/Cellar

This full time position includes responsibly participating in every aspect of brewery operations according to Drekker Brewing Company SOP’s. From handling raw materials to packaging finished beer with lots and lots of cleaning in between, this is an all-encompassing brewery position. Applicants should be able to physically perform all of these tasks, which may include lifting and moving objects as heavy as 170 lbs. Our brewery is a fast-paced environment that functions all hours of the day, so applicants must be able to work any shift, day or night.
