Just recently switched jobs to a yet to be opened brewery. We are brewing on a 15bbl pkw system. My past job had a 30bbl system, so quiet a difference. My biggest worry is the increase in hop utilization, as the past system I worked on was quiet poor.
Does anyone have experience with a pkw 15 bbl system? What % do you typically see in AAU from the hops from bittering all the way to aroma? If anyone has a sample reciepe with hop#'s, and wort gravity and willing to share, that would be great
