I am looking for an experienced head brewer for a newly opened 450 seat brew pub in Surprise Arizona. Currently the brewery has been completed and tested and has been approved by both city and state and waiting for final approval from the TTB , which has an estimated date of early to mid September. At this time we are operating the restaurant by showing our support for the local craft beer community by showcasing only Arizona statewide craft beer breweries. We are looking for a brewer that has the same passion and experience in the craft beer industry as we have in the restaurant industry. We have a strong history in our area and we have great support from our community, for this reason we want to bring only the best to our city when we release our product offerings. We are a stable company with the intention and ability for production growth. Our equipment consists of 10bbl semi automatic system with 5 fermenters and 5 brite tanks plus supporting equipment.
