The Production Brewers are responsible for the brewing process from preparation of the raw materials through the fermentation process. The successful candidate will have a passion for quality beer, attention to detail and be highly motivated to contribute to company-wide initiatives. This is a full time position and will include rotating shifts.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude that can work effectively in a team-based atmosphere, has effective communication skills, and is a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Position Requirements:
• Proven knowledge of the brewing process, production brewing experience
• High degree of organizational skills ability to follow safety and product quality standards
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends, holidays and rotating schedule
• Heavy lifting required.
