Three year old Brewery located in Northern Virginia, Lorton.
We are a Family Owned Brewery that is expanding our brew house and distributed all over Virginia. We feature Belgian Style beers, visit festivals and host events. Our Brew Master has pride in creating a high quality beer and we want a Taproom that wants to shine bright too.
Forge Brew Works is looking for someone with bar experience and has leadership skills to manage our business that caters to locals and to the curious drinker. A person with a drive for making this business grow strong, and as the taproom you are the first person many come to meet, from patrons to local businesses.
Job Requirements: Staff Management, Scheduling staff and some weekend events, communication skills from back of house production and front of house. Keeping records of inventory and sales, Training new staff and Keeping with ABC standards.
