Diamond Bear Brewing is a production brewery with a restaurant in central Arkansas. We are looking for a brewer with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a brewer, and experience working as a lead brewer in a mid to large sized brewery. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to design a recipe to augment our award winning beers. Our brewery features a new, 3 vessel, 30 barrel system with 30, 60 and 120 barrel fermenters and an equal number of bright tanks.
Requirements:
• Two years of experience as Head Brewer or two years of experience as Lead Brewer in mid to large craft brewery
• Recipe design experience and execution
• Solid sanitation practices
• Procurement of ingredients
• Experience with DE filtration
• Quality focus critical and prior lab experience a plus
• Inventory of production and raw ingredients for tax reporting and COG analysis
Preferred:
• Experience with barrel aged production
• Previous packaging experience
• Mechanical inclination
