Henniker Brewing Company is seeking a hard working, highly motivated, quality focused, safety driven and team oriented Brewer to join our team in a rapidly growing, fast paced production brewery. Northwest Brewing Company is located in Henniker, New Hampshire - 20 miles west of Concord, NH.
Second Brewer/cellar position responsibilities
Second shift brewing
End-brew cleanup
CIP/SIP of fermenters and packaging tanks as needed
Fermentation Monitoring and Data Entry
Extensive and detailed note taking
Racking and filtration as needed
Yeast management, including viability, vitality, calculations of pitchrates
Yeast propagation in coordination with NEC biology department
Canning line work as needed
Tap room work as needed
Qualified Applicants will have
Degree in microbiology or brewing science
Minimum of 2 years experience in Professional Brewing
Ability to lift 55 pounds continuously
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
