We are looking for a mature, hard-working individual with values and motivation. The position is a salary based position, and based on a 40 hour work week, although some weeks it may be more depending on the tasks at hand. The brew house is a new 15 bbl brewhouse (one year) that is soon to be upgraded, as well as 30 and 15bbl fermenters, also soon to be upgraded.
The Head Brewer will be responsible for all operations in the brewery including the supervision of yeast management, kegging, keg washing and general cellar man duties.
This is a growing position and brewery, and we are looking for leaders who can effectively conduct themselves and others without direct supervision.
Preference will be given to those with brewery experience and/or having attended a recognized brewing program.
