Industrial Arts Brewing Company, a brand new brewery located in North Rockland County is seeking an experienced Assistant Brewer for immediate hire. Self-motivated, hard-working, passionate, enthusiastic and reliable candidates are encouraged to apply. Dedication to learning and a quality minded attitude is a must.
This position will include all aspects of wort production, cellar work, basic lab work, packaging, and brewery sanitation. The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance their career as we grow. Local candidates preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year production brewery experience
Must have a valid NYS driver’s license
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Dedication to cleaning and sanitizing
Can lift 55 lbs frequently and move up to 170 lbs.
Computer literate
Possess effective communication skills
Must be able to multi task and manage time
Availability to work nights and weekends
