Whitewater Brewing Co. is looking to hire a brewer to our team. We are going to be running two locations. One is our pilot system (1/2bbl) that will produce our seasonals and the other is our 30bbl brewhouse for our main offerings. All the info is below.

Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with all brewery operations to include various aspects of the brewing and packaging process.
• CIP of fermentation and conditioning tanks
• Packaging duties (kegs/bottles)
• Wort production
• Shipping/Receiving
• General cleaning
• Forklift operations
• Assist in sales efforts as needed and assigned
• Represent WBC at events, festivals, and promotions
• Work overtime and weekends as required
• Assist in producing and packaging high quality beer
• Provide top notch service to all customers
• Assist in support of taproom staff as it relates to beer and brewery education
• Represent WBC in a professional manner at all times
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
• Candidate with lab experience preferred, but not required
• Get it done no matter what attitude
• Absolute passion for brewing and beer
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work any shift at any time if needed
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility
• Ability to work overtime as needed
Education/Training/Experience:
• 1+ year Commercial brewing experience preferred
• Some level of formal brewing education or current enrolment preferred, but not required
• High School diploma or GED/some college preferred
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 70Lbs. daily with some lifting of +150LBS
• Being Physical fit is an asset but not required
• Ability to work on your feet for hours
