So I had an idea this morning and was curious what people thought...I have a 3.5 dish bottom brite tank that I also use as a fermenter. I was thinking that when fermentation is complete that I would cold crash, do an initial trub dump, pressurize and then recirculate the beer through a hopback filled with whole leaf citra for not just extra filtration, but some added aroma as well. Was a bit concerned about oxygenation but if everything is pressurized with co2 I think I can minimize this...thoughts?
