Organic or 'green' cleaner instead of caustic?

    Organic or 'green' cleaner instead of caustic?

    Hi all, looking for some advice on cleaning products. Does anyone know an alternative to using a caustic for post brew clean up, keg washing, etc as weve been told our floor and drains can't take it. Replacing them isn't an option.

    PBW from Five Star and BU-R-EZ from Birko. Neither of these are Organic but they should suit your needs.
