Lock Street Brewing Company is seeking a head brewer to handle all brewing operations, recipe development, and production area management.
Lock Street Brewing Company has a 10bbl brewhouse and three 15bbl fermenters in a historic building in the core of Port Dalhousie on the water of Lake Ontario.
Lock Street has three founding partners, each successful entrepreneurs, and they are looking for someone to bring greater brewing experience to the business.
