Ever Grain Brewing Co, in PA (17011) is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Assistant Brewer to join our team.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
-The ability to operate and maintain equipment needed to produce award winning craft beer; oversee fermentation, conditioning and maintain consistent product.
-Positive attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
-Ability to work efficiently, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
-Extreme attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple processes at one time.
-Self-motivated with good time management.
-Ability to work in a diverse environment.
-Able to maintain SOP's with no deviations.
-2-3 years commercial brewing experience.
-Inventory management and quality control techniques, diligent record keeping with strong computer skills.
-Must be capable of lifting at least 55lbs repeatedly.
-Able to operate a forklift. (We can train.)
-Prior brewing and barrel aging experience.
-Knowledge of traditional and innovative craft brewing techniques and styles.
-Must have a passion for making great beer!
Compensation will depend on level of experience.
