The successful applicant will have brewing experience, be committed to high quality standards, and be knowledgeable about various beer styles. This position involves all aspects of the operation from brewing to packaging.
Responsibilities
Ensuring beer quality and consistency to the highest standards.
Control of all brewery processes including the day to day operations.
Ingredient inventory control and preparation.
Control of running CIP, tank cleaning, keg washing.
Keep detailed and accurate brewing records.
Job Requirements:
Experienced brewer with solid understanding of the brewing process and equipment.
Ability to produce craft beer to the highest quality.
Ability to work with the brewhouse, fermentation and yeast management systems
A strong commitment to quality, and cleanliness standards is essential.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with quality and proficiency.
Canning & packing experience an asset
Strong desire to develop complex, and innovative beers.
