Rusting bottle caps

We have recently started packing in bottles and are finding that after a few weeks the caps are rusting on the necks of the bottles. We counter pressure fill, cap on foam, rinse the bottles with water and then pack them in a cold room. Has anyone found a similar problem?

Yeah we had a similar problem, it was an easy one to fix, just fitted a dryer just before the labeler. Real simple design just a few copper pipes plumbed into the compressed air supply, and pointed them at the crown and body of the bottle, we found that a lot of water can hide just under the ridge of the crown seal and cause them to rust.
