Part-Time Brewer/Cellar work (Indianapolis, IN) Metazoa Brewing Co.
Metazoa Brewing Co. is looking to take on a part time employee to play with our 1/2 bbl pilot system and learn / operate cellar tasks.
We run a 10 bbl brew house with a 3 bbl subset for series batching.
We would like to ramp up production for our pilot system.
Requirements :
Able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly
Experience home brewing
Some mechanical / chemical knowledge
Recipe formulation experience and creativity
Basic computer skills (mainly Microsoft Office)
Hard working attitude and task focused
Ability to relax and just have fun with the work
Professional brewery experience not require but it is a plus.
