    Roadhouse Brewing Co. (“RBC”), located in Jackson Hole, WY, is expanding to a production facility and seeking a COO/Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of our daily operations. RBC is focused on organically growing by continuing to develop quality products, a highly visible brand, strong consumer retention, and a high level of employee satisfaction. We are moving from our brewpub location into a new 10,000sq. ft. production space and broadening our distribution into the regional retail market. We are seeking an experienced leader to carry out the vision of the Owners, and effectively lead a team of talented people.

    Leadership Responsibilities:
    • Lead brewery staff including brewers, sales reps, and marketing personnel with clear communication, competence, and energy;
    • Carry out the Vision of the Owners by continuing to develop a premium craft brand with sustainable growth in a highly competitive marketplace;
    • Act and be seen as a source of knowledge and inspiration to those you work with;
    • Reinforce the core values of Roadhouse Brewing Co. in the creation of a premium brand in the craft beer industry

    Management Responsibilities:
    • Be the point of contact between the owners and the team;
    • Develop performance and productivity metrics with the Owners and hold team members accountable for achieving goals;
    • Develop and maintain intelligent systems and procedures for all aspects of production: quality control, raw materials, process efficiency, inventory management, distribution, safety, cost control, and waste;
    • Work closely with the Head Brewer to generate weekly production schedules and ensure they are met;
    • Manage inventory and ongoing procurement of ingredients and purchasing optimization;
    • Develop and manage budgets, reports, and forecasting models;
    • Prepare and review appropriate financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for cost savings and overall improvement;
    • Ensure all production activities are conducted in alignment with Roadhouse Brewing Co.’s safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives;
    • Conduct critical assessment of beers and ensure products meet rigid quality standards

    Job Requirements:
    • Management level experience, preferably in a craft brewery that has grown from 2-5000 BBL’s to 15-30,000 BBL’s;
    • Some experience in developing and managing a brand is a must;
    • Experience which demonstrates a willingness to manage risk and successfully lead a team through uncertainty;
    • A work ethic aligned with, and supportive of a high growth organization;
    • A passion for our business and our products;
    • Proven knowledge of the craft beer and brewing industry, industry compliance and safety standards, Government regulatory programs and production management systems;
    • BA/BS in Business, Management, Operations, or Engineering preferred;
    • Exceptional analytical, decision making and problem solving skills;
    • Professional communication and leadership skills;
    • Someone who possesses a credible ethical framework, and doesn’t lie, cheat, or steal;
    • Formal brewing education and/or equivalent professional brewing experience is a positive but not necessary

    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift 55 pounds;
    • Must have the ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, work from heights, stoop, kneel and crouch;
    • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to adjust focus and the ability to see color; either with or without accommodation is necessary in order to identify product deficiencies
