Job Summary:
The Lab Technician at Good Nature Brewery’s primary responsibilities will be to run tests on
product throughout the production process ranging from raw materials to finished product in
order to maintain quality control. Testing will include utilizing various pieces of lab equipment,
organizing tasting panels, as well as responsibility for all associated record keeping.
Additionally, this person will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and developing our
yeast strains.
