Hey Pro Brewer Gang,
I hope everybody had a great weekend and sales were good. If you offer contract brewing services, or if you are thinking about it, it's important to know best practices before you start. If you're already in it, you can always make adjustments. We work with many clients who consume contract brewing services, or offer them. In many cases we've been asked to help with a relationship that isn't working well. Either the contract brewer or the client didn't cover all the bases before production began.
If you would like to talk through industry best practices for contract brewing, feel free to e-mail me at gprindyjr@gprindy.com, or feel free to call my cell at 636-209-1807. To be successful in contract brewing you need a solid service agreement/contract, you need an on-boarding process and on-boarding tools to ensure you capture all of the specifics of the relationship (Recipes, QA, Volume, lead time, inventory, who buys what, pricing, licensing, etc.) before you start.

Have a great week and don't hesitate to reach out if we can help.
