We are a small brewpub in Pittsburgh in the process of expanding and are looking for a brewer to help with that expansion. We have a great Wild Ale program and are going to be expanding that program by 400% as well as our clean beer side. If you love Wild Ales, Spontaneous Fermentation and Barrel Aged Sours, this is for you. The ideal candidate will have the following:
2+ Years of Brewing Experience
Yeast Management Experience
Experience with Barrel Aging - Both Wild and Clean
Good Attitude and Ability to Work Well with and Oversee Others
Great Attention to Detail and Organization
Ability to Lift 50 lbs Regularly
