Crazy Mountain Brewing Company is seeking a Craft Beer Production Supervisor to reside over production operations in Denver, Colorado. The Craft Beer Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall quality of our craft beer and effectiveness of our operation. This includes the development of our team and strengthening their technical abilities. The Production Supervisor oversees the daily brewing operations of our craft beer and coaches our team to create the best product. This position reports to and works directly with the Director of Operations to drive success and improve operations. CMBC’s operations are dynamic. Often, there are times in which our duties expand outside of our job titles. Job Duties:
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor oversees the day to day operations and creation of both Crazy Mountain Brewing Company craft beers and contracted beers.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor develops, coaches and improves brewers’ technical abilities and operational effectiveness.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor consistently communicates and works with the director of operations to create the best quality beer, resolve complications and improve operational efficiencies.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor works with all other leaders of the organization and team members to provide, coordinate and ensure operational effectiveness with all lines of business.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor ensures proper record keeping and identifies inconsistencies to proactively address any areas of concern.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor ensures a safe and clean work environment at all times.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor provides the highest level of both internal and external customer service at all times.
•This role will contribute to the development and maintaining detailed written facility policies and standard operating procedures.
•Works with Accounting to resolve discrepancies in invoices, packing slips and receiver reports.
•This position seeks and identifies potential opportunities for the organization.
•This role actively participates in company promotions and events.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor assists with the acquisition of ingredients, inventory, costs and pricing in order to ensure effective operations.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor reviews and contributes to recipes.
•Inputs information and keeps BERP operating system up to date.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor ensures compliance with all regulations and obtains all necessary approvals for projects.
•The Craft Beer Production Supervisor facilities a positive and motivated work environment.

Qualification & Education Requirements:
•Experience brewing craft beer is required for this role.
•Managerial experience is required.
•Strong knowledge of the brewing process, methods and practices
•Ability to lift 65lbs and maneuver 160lbs effectively.
•Ability to manage multiple processes at one time.
•Formal education or certificates in biology, chemistry, brewing or business is a plus.
•Experience in domestic and international shipping is a huge plus.
•Must be of legal age to consume alcohol
•Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
•Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
•A high EQ is a plus.
•Experience with BERP operating system is a plus
•Strong vendor relations experience is preferred
•Startup mentality is highly desirable.
•A passion for craft beer is required.
•Strong organization skills
•Strong customer service and relationship building skills
