Hey y'all,
I don't have the ability to oxygenate my wort inline properly, so I have to use a stone and do it in tank after knock out. Does anyone have a calculation or a reference for the gas laws relating to keeping O2 in solution to get the minimum 8-10 ppm? From my reading I'm seeing all different estimates for L/min and ppm, but nothing actually measured relating to volume, headspace, temperature, gravity, etc. If we can calculate CO2 on these metrics, I have to assume we can do it for O2 as well.
