Seabright Brewery is looking for an assistant brewer. We are a 7bbl brewpub.
Hours will be between 20-30 per week and will vary based on production. All of our beers are served off the brites, which makes the production schedule inconsistent.
Duties include:
wort production
beer transfers
dry hopping/fining/etc
CIP of all things
draught line maintenance
represent brand at events and festivals
Requirements:
21+
must be able to work with others as well as unsupervised
this is a physically demanding job - must be able to work in tight places/crouch/stand/bend/high five
must be a nice person (-:
availability to work on weekends as needed
Nice to haves:
experience in the beer industry
mechanical inclinations
