Steady Habit Brewing Company is growing - we are currently in search of an experienced brewer looking for a long term commitment with growth opportunity.
Job duties:
Head brewer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the brewery:
• Supervising the activities of assistant brewer(s).
• Establishing brewery methods and procedures.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Training staff in job duties, safety & sanitation procedures and company policy
• Developing production schedules
• Recipe development
• Measuring and recording all aspects of quality control
• Recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
Skills requirements:
• 3+ years working in a production brewery
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 55lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Terms of employment:
• Full-time permanent position
• Compensation will be based on experience level and qualifications
