About MISHAP! Brewing Company
We are a small (300-450 BBL/YR) family owned brewery located in downtown Buffalo, WY. We are currently operating on a 3 BBL PKW brewhouse with one 7 BBL and four 3 BBL Fermenters and three 3 BBL Brites. Expansion plans include upgrade to 7 BBL system producing 1200-1500 BBL/YR. We are currently distributing approximately 40% of our production on an aggressive growth path.
Job Description
MISHAP! is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Brewer. This person must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Job responsibilities include the execution of all phases the brewing process including:
• Cellar operations.
• Yeast, grain and malt handling.
• CIP of all equipment, tanks and kegs.
• Maintain a clean and safe brewing environment from brewhouse to cellar.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, etc. and cloud-based brewing software.
Job Requirements
• Valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance and a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• While primarily an inside job, must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
• Must be able to climb ladders and frequently lift 50lbs. and occasionally up to 150lbs.
