Part-Time Assistant Brewer in Lehigh Valley, PA

We are a new 5 BBL nanobrewery located just south of Bethlehem, PA, looking to hire a part-time assistant brewer starting immediately. We expect the candidate to be comfortable with all tasks involved in operating a successful brewery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a commercial brewery of similar or greater size
• Extensive homebrewing experience
• A strong DIY ethic, and the ability to be creative and resourceful when necessary
• A desire and willingness to learn, both from experience gained in the brewery, and by continuous self-education outside of the brewery
• A flexible schedule
