    Does anyone have any recommendations for equipment suppliers? I am looking at some equipment from Craft Kettle out of Louisiana now but I have only just found them and I can't find any reviews here.

    I would recommend Premier Stainless. Expect they will be a month or two behind expected ETA but they provide a good product and good customer service. Another guy near me has had their equipment installed for just over 2 years and haven't had any problems.
