    JOB TITLE: Enterprise Applications Manager
    LOCATION: Admin Building
    REPORTS TO: Director of IT
    POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Salaried
    EXTERNAL POSTING DATES: 03/06/2017 – 03/26/2017

    POSITION SUMMARY: Will be responsible for leading and supporting the design, development, and deployment of enterprise level applications.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.
    •Adheres to and advances the “Safety Always” culture of Bell’s Brewery, Inc., and is accountable for the safety of their department.
    •Successfully builds rapport, respect and camaraderie, both inter- and intra-departmentally, through exceptional coaching, teambuilding, and training.
    •Mentors and develops department staff.
    •Works with HR team to recruit, select and hire staff.
    •Works closely with Director of IT and HR to address developing personnel concerns.
    •Leads meetings of direct reports to ensure effective communication throughout the department and company as a whole.
    •Advocates a continuous improvement culture.
    •Manages the design, continuous development, and support of existing and future enterprise level applications, primarily Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
    •Manages team to support ongoing requests and projects regarding enterprise level applications in other departments.
    •Works with internal customers to understand and define project requirements.
    •Serves as liaison between internal and external subject matter experts for all enterprise level applications.
    •Identifies training needs and coordinates system training with other departments
    •Understands systems change management; implements required changes to minimize any negative impact on business.
    •Manages the delivery of enterprise level applications through the complete lifecycle from concept through deployment and support. This will include ensuring that projects are delivered according to agreed upon budgets and timelines, with additional consideration for human capital needs as well as business & technical requirements. Manages, monitors, and reports on project progress against milestones, deadlines, and budget.
    •Reviews applications with internal customers and makes recommendations on products and/or modifications in accordance with user needs.
    •Works with vendor to develop and implement efficiencies within existing systems.
    •Assists production with other enterprise applications and integration into AX.
    •Keeps management apprised of critical issues, errors, or problems.
    •Assists specific departments with development of documentation and training for AX systems, as needed.
    •Travels between company sites for meetings, troubleshooting, and support.

    Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

    MANAGERIAL/LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •AX Systems Specialist

    •Must possess a valid driver’s license
    •Access to a personal vehicle.

    MATERIALS/MACHINES/EQUIPMENT USED:
    •Computer
    •MS Office 2013 products: Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
    •Microsoft dynamics AX 2012 R3

    IMPORTANT SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    •Flexibility and adaptability to an ever changing environment.
    •Awareness and sensitivity of production environments with a focus on production uptime.
    •Exceptional attention to detail.
    •Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills for design, creation, and testing of complex applications.
    •Strong understanding of how people utilize existing applications.
    •Strong time management skills with a proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to balance multiple projects and tight deadlines.
    •Ability to integrate highly complex software applications.
    •Self-directed individual who is a team player.
    •Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentation.
    •An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels.
    •Ability to work independently with little supervision.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
    •A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
    •3-5 years of experience in a large company environment supporting Microsoft AX
    •3-5 years experience with long term company project management.
    •Prior vendor/consultants or VAR management experience.
