I have almost a decade of experience in the professional brewing industry. I have worked from a 2bbl sys to 100bbl at 60k a year. I have extensive experience in building a brewery from the ground up. Also, creating recipes and reformulating recipes to achieve end goal. I have trained staff how to follow SOP and be in compliance with OHSA.
