Requirements:
• 5 or more years of head brewing experience
• Experience with ales, lagers, adjunct beers, kettle souring and barrel aging
• Experience with new product development
• Operate and maintain brewing, cellaring, filtration, yeast management and packaging equipment as well as related documentation
• Proven QA knowledge
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
College degree and certification from an accredited brewing program a plus
