The Post Brewing Company in Lafayette, Colorado is looking for a Brewmaster.
Opened in 2014, the Post Brewing Company has found great success with our beers under the direction of Founding Brewmaster and Partner Bryan Selders.
Bryan is returning to his Delaware roots and back to his home brewery - Dogfish Head. He leaves the Post with an outstanding reputation, GABF medal winning beers, an organized, clean and well-designed beer production ethos and a strong legacy and identity of making everyday drinkin' beers for people who drink beer every day.
The Post is looking for an experienced Brewmaster with a deep skill set and a complete Brewmastery - of brewery operations. A minimum of 10 years in brewing operations, with 5 years of hands on management experience. Extensive understanding of beer science, brew house, and cellar operations are a must. Brewery installation experience and a deep knowledge of all aspects of brewery equipment and function. Superior verbal and written communication skills, a well-spoken and intuitive brand ambassador with a passion for people and fun. Expertise in testing analytics, lab testing and results driven by Key Performance Indicating Standards. Most know how to make delicious beer that humans want to put in thier mouth everyday.
