Epic Brewing Company is looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic brewing team here in Denver.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Producing wort for fermentation within designated specifications.
- CIP of brewing vessels and other related equipment.
- Maintanence of vessels and said equipment.
- Operating a forklift to aid with spent grain removal.
- Accurately track and document process.
The right candidate will:
- Have at least one year experience in a commercial brewing environment.
- Be able to lift 55lbs+ repeatedly.
- Be able to work on your feet for prolonged amounts of time.
- Have an understanding of safe work practices and the use of PPE.
- Be able to work nights and weekends.
- Maintain a flexible schedule.
