Braxton Brewing is a rapidly growing production microbrewery located right across the river from Cincinnati in Covington, KY. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team and rotate between brew house and cellar work, primarily in the afternoon/evening and on Saturdays. We are currently operating a 4 vessel, 20 bbl brew house and have 740 bbls of fermentation capacity.
The right candidate would be able to think and work independently, and would be able to troubleshoot and repair minor problems as they arise. Brewing experience and/or education are desired.
