We have been brewing in beautiful Northern California for over 30 years. We are a 55,000 bbl per year production brewery with two brewhouses (10 bbl for R & D and to supply our pub with specialty beer and 100 bbl production brewhouse), we also have a large pub and large beer garden, a robust barrel and sour beer program (over 2000 barrels in production), 28 acres and an 18 hole disc golf course. We create over 40 new beers a year. This position has potential for upward mobility

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
• Minimum 1/2 - 5 years brewery experience
• A good general knowledge of the brewing process
• Strong work ethic
• A good understanding of sanitation
• Knowledge of safe practices
• A knowledge of and passion for craft beer
