    Need a thermometer recommendation - one with a cord to put into the mash

    I need a thermometer with a cord, and a quick temp reading. I keep buying ones for cooking off of Amazon and they keep dying on me after a month or two. I also want one that reads quickly.

    Anyone got any recommendations?
