I am Satyamohan Tripathy working as a brew master in Heineken Jordan Amstel unit, now looking after Heineken craft beer research and development in India. I have 6+ year of experience.I can produce different kinds of a beer recipe, such as wheat beer, blonde beer, stout beer, Weizen buck, hefe weizen, red ale beer, IPA, apple cider, porter beer, October fest beer, ginger ale beer, etc including world class lager and ale beer.
I have both experience in microbrewery of 5 hl to 20 hl operation and production as well as mega brewery of 400 hl Brewery operation. Experience in bottling, canning and kegs lines. I also have experience in marketing, dealing customers inside the testing room, provide beer sommelier course to train the staffs. Experience in Kasper Schulz, brigs, alpha label,Praj, brew force, Krones brew house, Indian, Chinese brewing equipment operation .
