Our perfect prospective brewer should have at least two years experience in all facets of the trade, ideally with an emphasis and love of lagers, who has been a head brewer in a brewery restaurant. This is a one person operation, so you must be able to work independently in the brewery covering all aspects of production while participating with the rest of the management team to train staff, as well as interact with and educate guests. And yes we are now encouraging our brewers to be creative and make a wide range of IPA’s and Belgian styles with most of the lineup determined in house.
