Mikkeller Brewing NYC is seeking qualified candidates for the Head Brewer position at our new brewery at Citi Field in Flushing, Queens, NY. This is a unique opportunity to commission a brand new production facility, develop and manage your own team and processes, and produce incredible beer. The Head Brewer will have the benefit of significant resources while enjoying the operational freedom to explore, innovate and grow this brewery from its infancy. Our location will allow the Head Brewer to collaborate with the world’s top chefs, sommeliers, and artists that work/live in or pass through NYC.
Our Head Brewer should have:
• Proven success in this line of work
• The ability to work autonomously in a diverse environment
• Extreme attention to detail, as well as relentless pursuit of developing incredible beer
• Excellence, resourcefulness, drive, cleanliness and a true passion for beer and the customer experience
