    Come join the Brewing team at Moonzen! After only 2 years of operation since our expansion, we have become one of the most leading and exciting breweries in Asia.
    We are increasing production of our award-winning beers and with that we are bringing on more production staff.
    This position will support the current Head Brewer with all aspects of brewing, cellaring, sanitation, packaging and materials handling:

    - We are a production craft brewery producing craft beer for sale in Hong Kong. We have a 10 BBL 4V brewhouse and double brew into 20 bbl FV. We do not filter, we do not pasteurise.
    - Working Hours are M-F 9am to 7pm, but flexibility and availability in scheduling are an absolute must in this position.
    - This is a full-time, salaried position with 3 months’ probation period.
    -Benefits include Heath Insurance, 14 days paid holiday and profit share ownership structure.
    - You will be responsible to lead a team of 1 to 2 apprentice brewers to help you accomplish your daily duties.
    - You will be working alongside our Head Brewer to execute all production operations process in our brewery.

    Requirements:
    • Attention to detail and hygiene
    • 2-3+ years’ experience brewing in a packaging brewery
    • 55Lbs lifting ability
    • Self-motivated; able to work independently and also part of a team.
    • Strong mechanical and problem solving attitude
    • Degree / Certification from an Accredited Brewing Training Institution
    • Experience in cultivation & propagation of yeast
    • Knowledge of beer production, storage and packaging
    • Adaptability to work on dynamic production schedule

    Primary Duties
    • Wort production; mash in/out, lautering, boiling, knockout, yeast pitching, clean-up.
    • All cellar activities including CIP of brew house vessels, dry-hopping, monitoring product in fermentation and conditioning, beer transfers, bottling and kegging.
    • Recipe fine tuning and development
    • Yeast propagation and management
    • Equipment maintenance
    • Cleaning and sanitizing
